Returns & Cancellations

All items are handmade to order, therefore we do not accept refunds or cancellations. 

Refunds will only be accepted if an item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent. Please email enchantedwearco@gmail.com within 7 days to request a refund for a wrong item or for a faulty item. Proof of fault will need to be seen.
